I firmly believe that journaling can help a person for a plethora of reasons. It can help you gain clarity, write lists of tasks you need to complete, help calm you down when you are stressed, aid in manifestation, and can even help you express gratitude.
Thus, I really encourage you to try to journal every day, even if it’s only listing all of the things for which you are grateful for five minutes. And see how it transforms your life for the better.

Write down what you want to manifest as if you already have it
Describe the last time you did something nice for someone
Describe the best adventure you’ve ever been on
Write down what you would do if you won the lottery today
Write down a list of skills you’d like to learn and how they would benefit you
Talk about the scariest thing you’ve ever done and how it helped you grow
Talk about a positive relationship you have with someone
